What information we collect, why, and how we look after it.

1. What data we collect
- WhatsApp enquiries & bookings, your phone number, the content of your messages, and any photos you send us (for example, when checking availability for Catering Equipment Hire). This covers both general enquiries and hire bookings.
- Online shop checkout, your name, delivery address, email address, and payment details for orders of handmade or ACAP-made goods. Payment details are handled directly by our payment processor, we don't store your card details ourselves.
- Therapeutic Art Classes page, this page is informational only. There's no booking form here, so no personal data is collected through it.
2. Third parties
WhatsApp (Meta) processes messages sent to us through it, under their own privacy policy. Our payment processor handles and processes checkout payments securely. We don't currently use any analytics or ad-tracking tools on this site.
3. Cookies
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Our online shop sets standard functional cookies needed to keep your cart and checkout session working, these are required for the shop to function and aren't used to track you elsewhere.
4. How long we keep your data, and your rights
We keep WhatsApp messages and order records for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry or order, including a reasonable period afterwards for handmade/made-to-order items in case of a warranty or dispute query. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it, just message us to make a request.
